Full details of the borrowings up to 31 December 1985 are contained in the finance accounts which are presented to both Houses of the Oireachtas each year as prescribed by statute. Preliminary details of the borrowing during the period 1 January to 30 September 1986 are contained in the Iris Oifigiúil of 3 October 1986 and full details will be published in the finance accounts in due course. Preliminary information in respect of the last quarter of 1986 will not be available until after the end of the year.
