The grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the work has been satisfactorily completed. An inspection will be carried out in the next few weeks.

The grant will be paid within a few weeks.

There has been no undue delay in this case. The new house grant will be paid within the next few weeks and the first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be paid soon thereafter.

As the second instalment of the mortgage subsidy (£800) was paid in this case on 12 November 1986 payment of the third instalment does not arise at this stage.
