Vol. 369 No. 11

Written Answers. - Pension Entitlement.

109.

asked the Minister for Tourism, Fisheries and Forestry the pension entitlements, if any, due to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick in respect of his service with his Department from 1984 to 1957 at Cappamore Forestry, County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There are no pension entitlements due to this person as all his service was prior to the commencement of the non-contributory pension scheme for unestablished State employees. This scheme commenced in 1970.
