Vol. 370 No. 2

Written Answers. - Availability of Court Documents.

169.

asked the Minister for Justice if he is aware of the efforts of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry to obtain information relating to a court decision from his Department; if he will arrange that the information sought be provided; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am informed that the person concerned, or his solicitor, has already been supplied with court documents relating to his own affairs by the court offices concerned. If, however, he writes to my Department listing documents, including reference numbers, which he still requires, I will arrange to have them checked by the court offices and let him know the position with regard to them.
