The First Option Agreement, only became operational in 1986 in respect of AnCO's external training courses. It would be premature to evaluate the agreement in respect of such a short period of operation.
In 1986, 46 external training contracts have been so far awarded to educational institutions. The total earnings by these institutions on foot of these contracts is estimated at £760,000 for 1986. This is a significant increase over the earnings of £498,000 in 1985 and £374,000 in 1984.
