The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that a cheque in settlement of the full amount of the refund due in this case for 1985-86 was issued to the taxpayer on 13 March 1986. As the Deputy has been advised in letters of 15 September 1986 and 18 November 1986 the taxpayer is not entitled to any further repayment for that year.
