This application, which was received on 18 November 1986 has been rejected because, in accordance with the conditions of the scheme, the required waiting period of seven years has not elapsed since a previous grant was paid in respect of the house on 12 December 1984. The applicant has been so informed.

The inspection will be carried out within the next few weeks.
