I move:
That it be an instruction to the Committee on the Building Societies (Amendment) Bill, 1986, that it has power to make provision in the Bill for the time within which rules prescribed by the Minister in relation to the appointment, remuneration and removal of the board of directors of a society shall have effect, for the appointment of a Building Societies Consultative Council and for the amendment of sections 12 and 22 of the Building Societies Act, 1976 (No. 38 of 1976).
