Vol. 370 No. 5

Written Answers. - Castlemoyle Heights (Wexford) Housing Scheme.

69.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he is aware of the condition of the new housing scheme at Castlemoyle Heights, New Ross, County Wexford, where the builder went into receivership; the amount of bond and the cost of the outstanding works; and the proposals for ensuring that the tenants are not shortchanged.

The matter is one for the local authority concerned, in this case Wexford County Council. I understand that the local authority are taking the necessary action to secure the completion of the outstanding works on this estate.
