Vol. 370 No. 7

Written Answers. - Grants to Dublin Schools.

76.

asked the Minister for Education the grants, under all headings, paid to each individual school in the Dublin Central Constituency during the last two years; and if he will state, where appropriate, whether additional consideration or advantage was conceded in relation to such schools in view of declining population patterns in parts of the city centre and whether or not this resulted in particular advantage for such schools.

The comprehensive information sought by the Deputy is not readily available in my Department and the compilation of such information would involve the expenditure of an inordinate amount of official time. In the circumstances I am not in a position to give the information requested.

If the Deputy wishes to obtain information about a particular school this information will be provided in accordance with normal practice.
