asked the Minister for Education if he is aware of the poor state of repair of Doolin national school, County Clare; if there are plans for the repair of the school; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

My Department have sanctioned a grant towards the cost of carrying out various improvements works at Doolin national school, County Clare, and its professional advisers have been asked to make arrangements with the school authorities to have outstanding works carried out as soon as possible. My Department is considering proposals for the extension of the school in the longer term.
