Vol. 370 No. 13

Written Answers. - Bunbeg (Donegal) National School.

287.

asked the Minister for Education the up-to-date position regarding the proposed extension to Bunbeg national school, Bunbeg, Letterkenny, County Donegal.

My Department have under consideration sketch plans for the extension to Bunbeg national school, County Donegal, proposing the addition of three classrooms and a general purposes area. The existing school has four classrooms and a utility room, together with a prefab classroom. Consequent on a fall in the enrolments at the school, the question of a revision of the scheme will have to be considered to take account of the reduced staffing level. My Department will be in touch with the school authorities about the matter as soon as possible.
