asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will give details of the statutory bodies currently under the aegis of his Department; the total number of persons other than civil servants appointed by him to these bodies; the number of such persons whose current addresses are outside the State; and the total number of such persons with current addresses within each separate county in the State.

There is one statutory body under the aegis of my Department: An Bord Scoláireachtaí Cómalairte (The Scholarship Exchange Board). Four of its members are appointed by me, all of whose addresses are within the State. The counties of residence are as follows: Cork city, 1; Galway, 1; Dublin city and county, 2.

asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will give details of the advisory bodies currently under the aegis of his Department; the total number of persons other than civil servants appointed by him to these bodies; and the total number of such persons whose current addresses are outside the State; and the total number of such persons with current addresses within each separate county of the State.

There are two advisory bodies under the aegis of my Department, the Advisory Council on Development Co-operation and the Advisory Committee for Cultural Relations.

The total number of persons other than civil servants appointed by me to these bodies is 34 and all but three of these have current addresses in the State. The counties of residence are as follows:

Cork city and county, 4; Dublin city and county, 24; Kildare, 1; Limerick, 1; Offaly, 1; Down, 1; Derry, 1; Fermanagh, 1.
