Dublin County Council's proposals for the acceptance of a tender in this case are under consideration in my Department. The local authority will be notified of my decision in the matter as soon as possible.

51. Mr. R. Burke asked the Minister for the Environment if he will give immediate sanction to the Dublin County Council's proposals to provide two overbridges on the Swords by-pass at the Malahide Road and Seatown Road junctions.
