I move:

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Air Pollution Bill, 1986, [Seanad] which had reached Second Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 21st January, 1987, be restored to the Order Paper.
