I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record in the Land Registry of any outstanding application in respect of the folio quoted by the Deputy. If the Deputy can provide additional information, such as the date of lodgement of the application in the Land Registry or, preferably, a dealing reference number, I will make further inquiries in the matter.
