The person named was paid the 1986 sheep headage grant under the disadvantaged areas scheme last September. He was paid the 1986 ewe premium scheme advance on 23 February 1987 and if his application is in order he will be paid the balance when payment of the second instalment commences for all applicants in July 1987.
