The schedule for the construction and completion of the factory is a matter for the company and as such is not a matter in which I have a function. However, I am informed that it is envisaged that the construction phase should be completed by the end of 1987. The company expects that employment will increase from 100 persons in 1988 to 250 persons when the factory is working at full capacity.
