asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in the payment of a new house grant and a mortgage subsidy to a person (details supplied) in County Louth.

The new house grant and mortgage subsidy for first time purchasers cannot be paid in this case as the floor area of the house exceeds the relevant statutory maximum.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will be paid a house improvement grant as all the relevant documents have been lodged.

The grant will be paid within the next few weeks.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in the payment of a home improvement grant to a person (details supplied) in County Louth; and when payment will be made.

There has been no delay in this case. On receipt of notification of completion of outstanding repairs, a final inspection will be arranged with a view to payment of the grant.
