An inspection of the airport in connection with the recent application for licensing of the new runway for operations in accordance with the Visual Flight Rules (VFR) will be undertaken within the next week. Subject to the facility being found to be satisfactory the necessary licence will issue as soon as possible after the inspection has been carried out.
