Vol. 371 No. 5

Written Answers. - Ballinree (Tipperary) School.

188.

asked the Minister for Education the up-to-date position concerning additional accommodation at Ballinree national school, County Tipperary; when final approval will be granted; and when construction will commence.

Tender documentation for the proposed new national school at Ballinree, County Tipperary, has been prepared. The question of inviting tenders for the project is now arising for consideration, subject to final clarification of the 1987 level of funding in favour of my Department for the national schools building programme. A decision on the matter will be conveyed as soon as possible to the school authorities.
