asked the Minister for the Environment if the mortgage subsidy payment due to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will be paid as the person concerned is urgently awaiting payment.

Payment of the second instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be made within the next few weeks.

asked the Minister for the Environment if the mortgage subsidy payment due to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6 will be paid, as it has been due since February.

Payment of the first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be made within the next few weeks.

asked the Minister for the Environment if a pre-grant approval inspection will be carried out for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6, as a builder is now available to commence work but cannot do so until the inspection has taken place; and if he will arrange that the inspection will take place before the end of March.

An inspection has been carried out in this case and a decision on the application will be conveyed shortly.
