The layout and cost plan for a 24 house scheme at Bellefield, Enniscorthy, is currently under examination in my Department. The local authority will be informed of the outcome in due course.
The loan application received from Enniscorthy UDC is in respect of the improvement of six rented dwellings. It is being examined in my Department and I hope to be in a position to make a decision in the matter at an early date.
