I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application was received in the Land Registry only on 2 March 1987. It is an application for registration of title under section 49 of the Registration of Title Act, 1964, and such applications are usually of a complex nature and often involve extensive correspondence. It is not possible to say at this stage if or when registration will be finalised.
