A person who leaves employment voluntarily without just cause may be disqualified from receiving unemployment benefit for a period of up to six weeks.
The person concerned claimed unemployment benefit from 16 March 1987 and inquiries are being made from his former employer to establish the reason his employment terminated. His entitlement to unemployment benefit will be determined in the light of the outcome of these inquiries.
