Vol. 372 No. 4

Written Answers. - Payment of Fees.

51.

asked the Minister for Tourism and Transport the amount of fees outstanding and unpaid by his Department and each semi-State body, local authority or health board under the aegis of his Department to architects, quantity surveyors, consulting engineers at 30 April 1987, giving a breakdown showing the length of time for which the various fees are outstanding and unpaid; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There were no fees payable by my Department at 30 April 1987 to architects, quantity surveyors or consulting engineers. I have no information as to whether there were any fees payable to such persons at that date by State bodies under the aegis of my Department nor do I have any responsibility in relation to any such fees which arise in the day-to-day administration of those bodies.
