Bill entitled an Act to give the force of law to the Convention on Jurisdiction and the Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters (including the Protocol annexed to that Convention) signed at Brussels on the 27th day of September, 1968, the Protocol on the interpretation of that Convention by the Court of Justice of the European Communities signed at Luxembourg on the 3rd day of June, 1971, and the Conventions providing for the accession of the State, Denmark, the United Kingdom and the Hellenic Republic to that Convention and that Protocol and to provide for matters consequent upon and otherwise related to the matters aforesaid.
