Pending an examination of the funding available for the youth service it is not yet possible to say when funds will be made available to my Department for the Cross Border Youth Exchange Scheme. Consideration of grant applications by Belvedere Football Club and the Neighbourhood Youth Project has had to be deferred accordingly.
