Notification of completion of works has not been received.

Notification has not been received that outstanding works have been completed.

There is no record of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the named person at the address given.

The application was among those covered by the dispensation from prior inspection announced in February 1986. However, as recently requested by the applicant, an inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

Applications for the £5,000 surrender grant are handled by the relevant local authority up to the stage of certification for payment. The appropriate certificate has not been received in the Department. The first instalment of the mortgage subsidy has been paid.

There is no record of the receipt of an application for a mortgage subsidy from the person named at the address given. There is, however, an application from a person with a similar name at that address. In that case payment of the first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be made as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a person (details supplied) in County Offaly will receive payment of a house improvement grant in view of the fact that his Department informed Deputy Liam Burke's office that the file was marked out for payment on 10 February 1987 and that the Offaly section informed Deputy Liam Burke's office that the file was mislaid; if he will further state when a duplicate file will be ready; and if payment will be urgently expedited.
