Local Government (Planning and Development) (Trees and Woodlands) Bill, 1987: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to make better provision in the interest of the common good, in relation to the proper planning and development of urban and rural areas and to provide for the better preservation and protection of the environment and the amenities thereof and in particular to make certain provisions with respect to the better preservation and better protection of trees and woodlands of special recreational or amenity value or of outstanding natural beauty and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.

As this is a Private Members' Bill, the Second Stage must, under Standing Orders, be taken in Private Members' time.

I move: "That the Second Stage be taken in Private Members' time."
