It has been necessary to seek clarification of the occupancy of the house from the Department's inspector.

A grant was recently approved and payment does not, accordingly, arise at this stage.

The grant will be paid as soon as possible.

This application was among those covered by the dispensation from the prior inspection requirement. In view of the request by the Deputy, an inspection is being arranged to determine the eligibility for grant of particular works.
