A certificate confirming that all preliminary arrangements in relation to the proposed flood relief works have been completed has yet to be submitted by Cork County Council. On receipt of this certificate, the question of sanctioning a loan will be considered in the light of existing commitments on the sanitary services programme and the level of finance available.
