The yield of the employee social insurance contribution forms part of the income of the social insurance fund which finances the various benefits and pensions which are paid out of the fund. The yield from the health contribution goes towards the funding of the health services. The youth employment levy is used to fund expenditure on employment, training, work experience and job creation programmes for young people.
