The final documentation for the scheme, recently submitted by Donegal County Council, is currently under examination in my Department, with a view to determining the group's actual grant eligibility and the early payment of any grants due.

Approval to the £2,250 new house grant has issued. Payment will be made in two equal instalments to the builder in due course in accordance with the conditions of the scheme.
