The staff of my constituency office comprises two executive officers, one clerical officer and three clerical assistants, while the staff of the Minister of State's constituency office comprises one executive officer, one clerical officer and four clerical assistants. My private office is staffed by one higher executive officer (private secretary), two executive officers, one staff officer, one clerical officer, four clerical assistants and a personal secretary. The Minister of State's private office is staffed by one higher executive officer (private secretary), one executive officer, four clerical assistants and a personal secretary. All staff are paid in accordance with the scales approved for their grades.
The main function of my private office is to provide me with a service in the day-to-day running of my office. The constituency office supports and assists me in relation to constituency affairs.
