asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding the provision of the inter-connector between Bundoran and Ballyshannon water schemes in County Donegal.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 60 and 61 together.
Contract documents in relation to the interconnection between Ballyshannon and Bundoran water supplies and tenders for mobile filtration plant at Ballyshannon are being considered in my Department at present having regard to the existing level of commitments and the funds available for the sanitary services programme as a whole. I cannot say when a decision is likely to issue in either case.
