asked the Minister for Health the buildings and sites in the ownership of his Department; the locations of same; if they are at present in use by his Department; if not, the use which is proposed for them; when it is envisaged to utilise the site or building; the proposals, if any, there are to dispose of the buildings or sites; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The only buildings or sites in the ownership of my Department are—
(a) Approximately 15 acres of land at Navan Road, Dublin. Proposals for the disposal of this land are at an advanced stage; and
(2) Land on which the new Beaumont Hospital has been erected. Arrangements are in train for the transfer of this land to the Beaumont Hospital Board.
