An application for assistance under my Department's capital grant scheme for the construction of recreational facilities has not been received from Kiltulla GAA Club. However, an application has been received from Castlepark Development Committee for grant-aid towards the cost of building dressing rooms at Kiltulla, Athenry, Co. Galway.
The position is that it is not possible to consider allocating grants to further projects because the funds currently available under this scheme must be used for existing commitments.
