With regard to the first two parts of her question I would refer the Deputy to my reply of Wednesday, 28 October, 1987 to Deputy Mervyn Taylor.
The allocation of finance in respect of a particular building project does not arise until the seeking of tenders is envisaged. As this project has only recently been sanctioned and since capital resources are necessarily limited, it is not possible to say, at present, when this project will reach tender stage.
