asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if the proposals to have three judges, instead of one, sitting in the Diplock courts in the North has been formally and finally rejected by the British Government; if the possibility of mixed courts instead of the present Diplock courts, as mentioned in Article 8 of the Anglo-Irish Agreement, has been pursued with the British Government; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if the Government have put forward alternative proposals for changes in the administration of justice and the Diplock courts, as suggested by the Northern Ireland Secretary of State, Mr. Tom King, recently; if any alternative proposals for such change are forthcoming from the British Government; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
