asked the Minister for the Environment if he will publish the report outlining proposals for the provision of essential research and related services submitted to him by the interim board of An Foras Forbartha referred to in his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 152 of 10 November 1987.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make arrangements for the publication of the report of the interim board established to implement the abolition of An Foras Forbartha; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 159 and 185 together. While I do not propose to publish the report, I will ensure that full details of the alternative arrangements proposed are made available as soon as possible after the Government have decided these.
