The duty placed on the Taoiseach by Article 28.5.2º of the Constitution is fully and adequately discharged by me.
Could the Taoiseach indicate how many meetings he has had with the President, since he came into office after the last election, to discuss domestic and international policy matters and to keep the President informed on the Government's policy with regard to such matters?
It is not the practice to give details but the Deputy can be assured that the number of meetings has been adequate to discharge my obligation.
