asked the Minister for Justice the plans, if any, the Government have to bring to an end the proclamation made under Part V of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939 in May, 1972.

The Government have no immediate plans to declare that Part V of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939, shall cease to be in force.
