asked the Minister for the Environment if he will consider introducing a new local authority house purchase scheme.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 70 and 96 together. Under current arrangements, it is a matter for each housing authority to make its own annual tenant purchase scheme, in accordance with the terms notified to them last year by my Department. I am, however, at present reviewing the terms of tenant purchase.
