Vol. 376 No. 1

Written Answers - Compensatory Premium Quota.

93.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Kerry has not received payment of a compensatory premium quota, surrendered under the national scheme in June 1987 as prescribed by regulation.

Under the terms of the relevant scheme, payments are made direct to the bank account indicated by the producer on the application form. In this case the payment was lodged to the bank account of the person named on 18 June 1987.
