Circular 20/87 does not contain any instruction in relation to the carrying out of class duties by principal teachers.
The staffing of the school in question and its class organisation will be considered in the light of the pupil enrolment for the quarter ended 31 December, 1987 and the school authorities will be written to in the matter.
