I am advised by the Commissioners of Public Works that the person concerned (details supplied) in Dublin 10, accepted redundancy under the recent voluntary redundancies-early retirement scheme. He was paid his statutory entitlements under the Redundancy Payments Acts on the 28 August 1987, the date of the termination of his employment. The balance of his entitlements under the voluntary redundancy-early retirement scheme are being processed at present and will be paid within the next two weeks.
