asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will approve a tuberculosis reactor grant for a person (details supplied) in County Cork following the outcome of a recent court case.

Having regard to the serious breaches of the animal health regulations for which the herd owner in question was convicted it is not proposed to make any payment to him under the bovine disease eradication schemes.

38.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if installation premium will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if not, the reason.

The processing of the application in this case has been finalised and the applicant has been deemed eligible to participate in the scheme. Payment of the premium will be made as soon as budgetary constraints permit and I will inform the Deputy at the appropriate time.
