asked the Minister for Justice the number of applications which were made to the District Court in each of the years ending 31 July 1986 and 31 July 1987 (a) pursuant to the Guardianship of Infants Act, 1964 (b) for maintenance pursuant to the Family Law (Maintenance of Spouses and Children) Act, 1976 (c) for barring orders pursuant to the Family Law (Protection of Spouses and Children) Act, 1981 and (d) pursuant to section 9 of the Family Home Protection Act, 1976.

asked the Minister for Justice the number of applications which were made to the Circuit Court in each of the years ending 31 July 1986 and 31 July 1987 (a) pursuant to the Guardianship of Infants Act, 1964 (b) for maintenance pursuant to the Family Law (Maintenance of Spouses and Children) Act, 1976 (c) for barring orders pursuant to the Family Law (Protection of Spouses and Children) Act, 1981 (d) pursuant to section 9 of the Family Home Protection Act, 1976 and (e) pursuant to the Married Women's Status Act, 1957.

asked the Minister for Justice the number of petitions seeking a decree of divorce a mensa et thoro which were instituted in the High Court in each of the years 1986 and 1987; and the number of decrees of divorce a mensa et thora which were granted by the High Court in each of the said years.

asked the Minister for Justice the number of applications seeking a decree of divorce a mensa et thoro which were made in the Circuit Court in each of the years 1986 and 1987; and the number of decrees of divorce a mensa et thoro which were granted by the Circuit Court in each of the said years.

asked the Minister for Justice the number of applications which were made to the High Court for civil decrees of annulment in each of the years 1986 and 1987; and the number of decrees of annulment which were granted by the High Court in each of the said years.
