asked the Minister for Education if she will give details of the various review groups currently involved in the primary school sector.
Written Answers. - Primary School Review Groups.
There are three review groups involved:
(a) the Review Body on the Primary School curriculum which will examine the aims, objectives and structures of the primary curriculum and identify priorities and strategies for future developments;
(b) the Primary Quota Review Committee which will examine cases affected by Circular 20/87 on a school by school and class by class basis;
(c) the Primary Education Review Body which will undertake an overall review of the primary sector.
